Corporate Yoga Workshops and Programs
One of the many benefits of Yoga is developing an awareness of the effects of stress in our lives, and the skills with which to manage them. These skills naturally extend from the individual to the work enviornment in which they are contributing. Regular practice is known to bring improved health in mind and body, increased energy, and increased productivity. A Corporate Yoga Program is a great opportunity to bring the ancient practices of yoga into the office!
Following consultation with the management or human resources team, a program will be tailored to the needs of your organization. Options include courses and workshops. Here is a recommended format for an initial program: 1) Initial introductory information session 2) A workshop/seminar on stress, health and introductory yoga once a week for 8 weeks. Each 1 hour session can take place in the morning, during lunch or in the afternoon/evening, whichever time best suits your organization and those who wish to participate.
